The Dryer plaintiffs are watching that lawsuit closely. They're also observing another lawsuit that was filed by thousands old Madden NFL 24 athletes over the issue of concussions.

"I cannot take another's likeness and use it to promote my interests without informing and paying the person. Therefore, why is it okay that the league can take our rights and not pay us any money?"
